Refund Policy .
We take pride in the quality of every item we send out—each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. Because of this, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit only.
Here’s how it works:
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• No cash refunds will be issued. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags/stickers still attached.
• Buyers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own cost. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued .
Shipping Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for delays once your package has been shipped. Returns or store credits will not be issued due to delayed delivery by the postal service or carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping provider, and unfortunately, we cannot control transit times.
Please Note:
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is not returned in its original condition or falls outside the 7-day window.
